I ordered a chicken quesadilla and there was no chicken in it, and I ordered a chicken super burrito and got a regular burrito with beans and rice only… the biggest issue was the person manning the drive thru didn’t speak English very well so I had a problem just getting my order in…I won’t be going back to this Taco Bell ever again

I like their simple dishes with rice, beans and cheese and 8f I am being decadent I will bet a Crispy Taco Supreme. Very quick service, cheap and easily accessed for an emergency protein hit.

The worst restaurant on the North Bay... they gave me my food cold, today at 9:10 pm, December 12, 2023
I hate this location -- they get my order wrong constantly and the food is poorly assembled.For example...I ordered:- Refried bean tacos- Potato tacos- All fresco style (vegan/plant-based, sub cheese for tomatoes)I got:- Black bean tacos, not refried, and mostly just bean juice- A potato taco with black beans, suggesting they corrected their mistake mid-assembly and just went with it ?- Thankfully, it was fresco style. But I have not always been that lucky.Conclusion:It's amazing that Taco Bell offers vegetarian and vegan options, but always check your order.

I could not give them a zero. I am so upset with the way I was treated. I ordered a food item that is 4.99 and got a 2$ burrito instead. I just wanted a grilled cheese checked burrito. I don't like the steak. I always sets on the line two long and tested gross. I got not recite so I can't go to tell the bell. Com and let them know. I will be reaching out to the agm and the gm or this company.
