The machines you self order at inside the lobby, took my order and my card payment but did NOT give the full order to the workers. It only passed on the frostie but did NOT include the hamburger. Needless to say it took a good minute for me to call up my bank account and prove I had paid. Never again. They should toss those machines out the window. While I was there I overheard another customer having similar problems .

Of all the fast food chains, Wendy's is by far my favorite. The food tastes better, the ingredients fresher and everything is prepared quickly.My town used to have a Wendy's but it closed several years ago. Now, I have to travel to a nearby town to enjoy a Frosty or other delicious fares.
