This was one of the first mexican restaurants I discovered when I moved here. Their food is amazing, and they serve big delicious Micheladas, my favorite. No hard alcohol is serviced here. The service is great. It's a family owned cute little place. A definite must try.

Based on the good reviews, We decided to give El Patron a try and had a delicious lunch! A small family run restaurant in a tiny strip mall off the beaten path you probably wouldn’t stop at unless you know better. Last weekend we had a family party of 20+ in Wrightwood and ordered off the catering menu. Got the Chili Verde, Pollo Fajitas, beans and rice. Everyone thought is was delicious! Great food,service and value for the portion sizes!!

Best burrito in town. The only place my fiance goes. You gotta try half asada/half al pastor burrito. Their chips and salsa are the best too!

We have been here a few times now, and the food is delicious. Friendly staff, love the salsa. We have eaten the menudo, carnitas burritos, Arroz con pollo. Overall I gave them 4 stars. I didn't give them 5 stars because, inside the restaurant it seems they don't update there look. For example Christmas/other holiday items were still up and we visited around March and July. Next time we go we plan on trying their Tacos ....we heard they are one of the best.

The ppl there where very nice and the chip salsa " rojo " red is the bomb. I will definitely be back by when I'm up the hill for lunch and you can count on it. I definitely gonna try more items on the menu next time.
