Pizza Factory offers great pizza and a friendly staff, with a kid-friendly atmosphere that includes games for children. Customers appreciate the service and staff, noting that the pizza is wonderful, although some find the prices a bit high. The restaurant features a lunch all-you-can-eat buffet from 11 to 12 am, which is usually very good. While the combination calzone is okay, it is not exceptional. The chef's dedication to quality ensures that pizzas are made quickly and to order, making it a popular spot for families and a favorite in the high desert. The pastrami sandwich is also noted as pretty awesome, adding to the variety of delicious offerings.
