Idk, maybe it was an off day, hadn't been there in a couple of years...BUT, you definitely need to step up your wing game, and I'd also like to see coke zero (Pepsi zero) there. I got the combination calzone for my husband and I to share. It was okay but not great. The staff is very friendly and courteous the service was great just not the calzone.Kid-friendliness: A lot of people and families take their kids here. They have a few kids game machines.

Watching the young lady wipe her nose twice with her arm and hand & after play with cheese while preparing my two pizza’s was disturbing. She didn’t bother to wash her hands & niether put gloves on . I had to request and ask her to wash her hands. She then put gloves on but later returned with no gloves and once again began playing with cheese. Second time seemed purposely done. I payed 60 something for two pizza’s & really would of appreciated better service. Society isn’t the the same unfortunately
They have not updated their prices, which is really scamming people... either charge people the posted price or change the prices on the board....extremely disappointed, they have lost a

Definitely the best pizza in town , service was great on the pick up side and there was a bit of a wait but totally worth it . It was about dinner time and the had a full restaurant so totally understandable,when my order was ready the gentleman giving me my order was pretty generous when I asked for some extra cheese packets with a reasonable amount for four of us sharing two pies . This place has my business for sure , I'm happy to support a local business and pay the extra money for better tasting food rather than give it to the fast food chains .

If you want pizza in town, go for Little Caesar's. Honestly better tasting, better quality and way better cost. Our small pepperoni and mushroom pizza last night had zero flavor. My antipasto salad was not good. Edible, but not enjoyable. If you WANT pizza, go to Yodeler for local or our favorite, Cross Eyed Cow!! Amazing flavor, ingredients, fun menu, great antipasto salad and drinks are totally reasonable!! Pizza Factory needs to take a step back and look at their quality.
