Drive thru line so long and slow, I ended up at Jack in the Box. The last three times I went to this location they had me park out front and still took another 15 minutes so one time I walked inside and said cancel my order and then suddenly it was ready. Something needs to happen with management and or staffing because this Mc Donald’s used to be pretty good but now it’s not good.

I've lived in phelan and grown up here. I know it's McDonald's but this new manager sucks. I've waited too long on my last 2 visits. Food is cold and the front counter worker, is useless. She just stands there. Can't give me my drink.

Worst service ever. gave us the wrong order and after going through the bag we told them it was not our order and then they proceeded to give it to the right owner. We kept seeing they were giving the wrong orders to other customers. Who would take food that has been handled by other peoples hands. We requested to have our order redone because they had given our order to someone else too.

Just went there 20 minutes before closing and they were completely out of all drinks because they're cleaning the machines before the closed. I got a $6 meal deal and my chicken nuggets only came with three nuggets rather than four. Got a 20 piece ask for sweet and sour got nothing but barbecue. Had two different people doing my order went outside beside the menu and then someone inside and they still got McChicken when I told him McDouble. I don't care if they're closing for the night or not you do not clean your product until after you close I don't care what the manager has to say you are paid to stay open until 11:00 that means I could get a drink at 10:59. You shouldn't be cleaning anything before you close. Just because you want to go home early doesn't mean you have to jeopardize everyone else.
Terrible service, no refill and the restaurant wasn't clean at all every table dirty. They dont clean the number tree's which makes you wonder do they clean the trays. Poor management. The only redeeming factor was the girl who took food to the tables otherwise this place should be shut down. The wait for food was longer than at a sit down restaurant. And it wasn't that busy. Just poor management.
