Food is ready made and heated up, but OK with a quick coffee. Always great service, can be very busy during the school year.

Ordered our food at 11:40am. Received our Sausage Cheddar sandwiches & one refresher. Then I asked about my other ice Dubai chocolate matcha drink, the cashier said shes making it right now. We were done eating so went to counter & asked how much longer she said its ready now 11:53. She said drive thru was first & they said have good day, being like a smart ass. Cashier didn't care how we felt. This visit wasn't a good experience. I've come to this Starbucks only through the drive thru but never walked in. Big mistake

Ordered my drink and food inside they took a very long time I finished my food first. I had to remind them three times until I was done eating and ready to leave had to ask again and finally they finished. They were not apologetic about it at all just said there were other customers in the drive through even though orders after us were served first. Terrible attitude for a customer service business.
The management is amazing. I had an issue and I explained my problem to Shalom and she was more than happy to help me resolve it. I always appreciate when supervisors or managers go above and beyond to help!!! Wonderful staff as well!!!

Really, you waited 5 years to bring back Eggnog Latte and you're always out. I guess the nostalgia is that you still don't have it, and it was just another bad descsion by corporate...

While I’m grateful that Starbucks opened in this neighborhood, my experience with the staff has been disappointing. Despite my efforts to be polite, they rarely responded to basic greetings like “hi” or “thank you.” In addition, the loud rock music created an unwelcoming atmosphere and seemed to drive customers away. I generally avoid cafés that play disruptive or overly harsh music, as it makes it difficult to have a conversation with the person I’m with.

Really nice store and staff are nice! Shame it is lethally slow. They had 7 staff members on the floor at 11:00, and it somehow still took all most 20 minutes for two iced drinks inside… time is money. The store was also just a bit busy, not super busy at all. I wanted to sit with my parents, but the wait time made us rush our plans. Super disappointed. Again store and staff were lovely, but why sooooo slow??

I was there this morning with my sister and mom. Our morning was going great until the lady at the drive thru pushing 50 snapped at me when I simply asked a question to make sure my drink was made correctly. I definitely won’t be going back. Walmart should’ve hired her with that attitude.
We were not greeted when we entered the store. We stood around for at least five minutes before anyone took our order, and the staff were snippy and rude to patrons.

My son is sick. I heard that the medicine bombs here are really good for a sore throat. I asked for one. She asked me my name, but I didn’t wanna give it to her. She scoffed and said you don’t have a name? I just shook my head no. When my drink was ready, they didn’t give me a cup sleeve… for a just off boiling, hot herbal tea. When I asked for one, she seemed irritated. That person needs to be trained in customer service before serving the public. You know my name now from this review I hope it helps.
