My son is sick. I heard that the medicine bombs here are really good for a sore throat. I asked for one. She asked me my name, but I didn’t wanna give it to her. She scoffed and said you don’t have a name? I just shook my head no. When my drink was ready, they didn’t give me a cup sleeve… for a just off boiling, hot herbal tea. When I asked for one, she seemed irritated. That person needs to be trained in customer service before serving the public. You know my name now...
I originally gave 3 stars but the last 3 times my drink have been correct and the last time I was inside there was a lady coming around asking if we were all good. I can see them trying and I’m glad they are here. They are really trying and I’ll be here to buy coffee. Thanks for finally putting my cold cream on top. I know I could just be rational and ask but I love it when you read my mind!
