I was cold and needed some warmth, so I got my first smuggler of the cold season. It was perfect. Thanks so much. We will be sure to stop in always now.
We’ve eaten there a few times already, everything we tried was delicious. The best, for me, was the chicken dish with the potato salad from the very first menu (sorry I can’t remember what its called, but it is on the 1st menu). Second favorite is the red meat dish in the October menu. The owners & the people working at the Old Riverwood are very welcoming.

The Olde Riverwood is a great restaurant that offers a memorable dining experience. The interior has remained mainly unchanged, keeping its lovely oldie's American style, and the bar looks really nice. The restaurant features amazing food made with local ingredients and farm to table food that is nothing short of amazing. The menu is not large, but the items are tasty, such as the chicken salad and eggs with toast. A special BBQ menu was also featured. The staff is great, friendly, thoughtful, kind, warm, and knowledgeable, providing impressive service. The atmosphere is 5 star, with a beautiful view overlooking the mountains and surrounding forest, creating a peaceful setting. The setting alone is worth the visit. The charm and friendliness of the staff, the excellent food, and the gorgeous views make it a must see. It is a quaint restaurant, bar and local hangout. It is recommended to call ahead to confirm dinner hours.
