Tasting experience was rather poor. We were handed the list of available wines, and the younger lady serving us seemed rather distracted and awkward with us. We felt rather out of place and were told next to nothing about what we were tasting. Then, when checking out, we were told that if we bought three more bottles, our tasting would be comped. However, when we arrived, we were told by the person who welcomed us that our tasting was going to be comped as my wifes family had been members for 30+ years. When mentioning this to our server, she ignored us and did not even try to ask anyone. Simply saying if my wifes family were not here, she could not do that. We are happy to pay the tasting fee and were not expecting it to be automatically comped, but to be told it would be initially then to end up having that changed on us was quite unprofessional.
The wine itself was good. The service itself was poor and uncomfortable.
Went with my husband this afternoon and A+ experience. We took the tour with David and it ended up just being us, so got a really amazing tour including putting on some gloves and getting our hands into some aging grapes. Then went to tasting room and had a huge selection of wines to taste. One of the best values I have ever seen at a winery and staff that seems to genuinely care. Go as quick as you can!
$10 wine tasting with Christopher. He was very knowledgeable and easy to talk to.
Wonderful atmospheres and friendly, helpful staff that seemed genuinely happy to have us. The wine is incredible, the tasting very reasonable (only $10!) and bottle prices surprisingly inexpensive (with bulk discounts) given the unique blends, flavor profiles and complexity. We came in without a reservation and were served immediately. We will be returning to enjoy the grounds and more wine soon!
We stopped at Navarro of many of the wineries in Philo during our honeymoon after trying their rosé at a wine bar in Fort Bragg. Not only is it a beautiful estate, but their wine is fantastic and at a great price point. Chris was our pourer and was knowledgeable and friendly. We will be purchasing a few of their wines to take home for ourselves and family. We can’t wait to come back again!
The grounds are pretty and they welcome leashed dogs. We enjoyed the unfiltered Pinot noir most. Tastings were $10 and they did not waive the fee for purchasing a bottle, only for a purchase of 6 or more bottles.
Stunning place! I brought home several bottles of the sweetest wine they have. Delicious! ?
Gorgeous property and meticulously maintained! Such good wines! Highly recommend!
Absolutely LOVE Navarro wines but we don't get to the winery often enough. It's such a fun and relaxing place with so many wines to taste. Last week when we were there Kerri helped us. She talked about some of the history, the wines, what makes them unique. Informative and not even a little pushy. We still bought 4 bottles. I'm sad we didn't buy more. She was really friendly and helpful. Definitely go.
Been getting wine here for 20 years. Excellent! Be sure to stop if going to or coming from Mendocino!!

Amazing! Wonderful visit with Bill as our pour expert. Best of all besides the winery views and the great wine, they bottle nonalcoholic grape juice which was delicious and a fun option for a non drinker.
Great wine and staff! The views as well, we’ll definitely be back!
Friendly, informative, lovely tasting of really good wines. She really knew her wines and was an excellent hostess to our group of 4. Fantastic visit. Only left with one bottle and it was not enough.
Great wine and OUTSTANDING, FRIENDLY staff.
Love this place…a must visit on any trip to Anderson Valley. All their wines are great. The grounds are beautiful. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable
