Their customer service is not good. The Asian guys is rude and unprofessional, and always scooped an ice cream 3/4 as the regular size. I think he’s an owner, so he should improve customer service to run his business.

11:00 AM and they are still not open. So much for opening at 10:30. Maybe they changed their hours to 11:30 AM, or Noon? Two other custoners just walked away.

I needed to get a Valentine's day cake for my husband. I did not have time to order ahead. The staff very helpful and friendly, also accommodating. They made the cake for me immediately just the way I wanted it. This will be my go to place for ice cream forever.
Closed the doors early with three workers inside no one would acknowledge the customers outside

I'm a little disappointed right now. I picked up a chocolate and chocolate ice cream cake. But inside it was mint and chip, ?.But I did get ahold of management, and they are going to take care of the problem. Thank you.I'll update my review on my next visit.
