My family and I went there for some ice cream like around 9:30pm. The 2 ladies working the night shift were sweeping and had the chairs up when we entered they looked very upset when we walked in.They close at 10pm, but they reacted as if we walked in at 9:58pm. They were not friendly and had an upset look the entire time that we were placing our order.

Their customer service is not good. The Asian guys is rude and unprofessional, and always scooped an ice cream 3/4 as the regular size. I think he’s an owner, so he should improve customer service to run his business.

11:00 AM and they are still not open. So much for opening at 10:30. Maybe they changed their hours to 11:30 AM, or Noon? Two other custoners just walked away.
I needed to get a Valentine's day cake for my husband. I did not have time to order ahead. The staff very helpful and friendly, also accommodating. They made the cake for me immediately just the way I wanted it. This will be my go to place for ice cream forever.
