Ordered two slices of cake for my birthday for delivery on Postmates, didn't get any updates or eta because delivery was done in house, waited two hours, kept requesting updates, received no updates, gave up and tried to cancel the order, was going to still be charged if i canceled, talked to Postmates customer service to get my full refund. Was looking forward to having cake with my mom for my birthday but ended up with nothing. Unreliable service.
