The food was delicious. Friendly service, clean restrooms, etc.
Sometimes there is a small time frame to wait for a table. This usually happens after 2pm. If it's busy, that says alot about the restaurant. I highly recommend it.

I know the service in chilli’s is not always the most efficient but my visit to this location today was the worst.
Firstly we were seated and then ignored for the next 20 minutes whilst everyone around us was served. The waiter did finally come to the table and said I see you still have the menus have you not ordered yet. You’ve been sitting here quite a while haven’t you!!! He then took the order. There were only two of us and yet they still brought out my main meal before I had received my appetiser. Didn’t get asked if the food was ok or offered a drinks refill. Had to ask for silverware and straws for the drinks after our meals had arrived.
There were plenty of empty tables and the restaurant wasn’t busy as we went in early.

I would've given this place 5 stars but today was a bad experience. The first waitress we had was great. She asked if we'd like to close out with her or with the new waitress. I told her with her so she can get the tip. She stated out new waitress would be Ashely. Well, let's just say Ashley never presented herself. We had to ask another waitress if she could help us, we wanted 1 more round of beers and food to go. We got out food but beer never got there. Correct me if I'm wrong but a draft beer should get to your table before a well cooked burger. Ashley my dear, your service sucks.

Horrible. I ordered take out and the food was cold. They gave me extra boneless wings, but then I seen one was biten. So they recycled food. Horrible. Never again

First time ordering and coming to this Chili’s. Service was quick, food was tasty, and service was good. On a Saturday night, service was quick and good. I will be coming back again and check out some of the other days of the week. Good first overall impression.
