Had to go to this run-down dump for an Uber Eats delivery to pick up one of their cardboard-texture pizzas and an appetizer sampler. Someone who I assume was the manager waves me forward and directs me towards the pick-up area. I get there, and no one staff is there to assist me. I try waving at the manager but she and three other employees are crowded around a register dealing with a customer and not even looking in my direction. Eventually, some employee, short and with short wiry hair walks over, side-eyeing me like I'm a wanted criminal, grabs a pizza box, tosses it at me and walks away wordlessly, ignoring me asking if it's the right order and if it has all of the correct items.
Incredibly disrespectful, rude and unprofessional behavior. I get that these are burnt out, underpaid and overworked first-job-evers. But this is unacceptable and I'm rejecting any and all deliveries from this location and encourage other delivery drivers to do the same.
And they forgot the appetizer sampler, which upset my customer.
Treat your family to literally anywhere and anything else. Avoid this dimly-lit roach pit at all costs. And if you're a delivery driver, just take the hit to your acceptance rating. It's not worth it.

Place is for kids but the pizza is really good. This location just got a popcorn machine and a little warmer for churros. Looks to be a great idea but not there's popcorn everywhere on the floor not too bad but noticeable. Still the staff do their best to keep the place clean with all the kids running all over the place.

I haven't been here in a few years but this location has definitely been redone. Definitely feels more spacious but seems like there is less games. There is an additional charge to enter the trampoline area think it was $10 if not added to birthday package. Came on a friday night seemed lime they were very under staffed when we got there. It is chuckie cheese and understand the food is just ok. Wings weren't bad. Salad bar was decent. Definitely was clean way better than before. Kids seemed like they had fun.
Games are not in service. Nothing to the workers but this location is notorious for having games down.

Horrible, few games and in the jumping area they want to charge 😆😆🤣🤣. The chuck e.cheese doll doesn't come out. We were there for 3 hours and the only thing that came out was the birthday parties. I should go out and say hello to the little kids who are outside first and in other locations they do it. Those of us who don't have a birthday party also pay and consume. At least go out with the d outside to say hello for about 5 minutes. The food, in the salad bar there is not as much to choose from as before. And it runs out and they are not attentive to filling the bar with vegetables again. They bring the pizza after placing the order one and a half minutes later. Already all cold. Horrible if I could give them -0 I would give it to them
