We had a party there and they gave coach 30 cups for the reserved party. Some how my 2 daughters didn't get cups even though we paid our share of the party fee $40. Not sure who took our cups. We asked for 1 cup and he hesitated to give us 1. Then my other girl asked for her cup. So we asked for another 1. He wouldn't. I understand they gave a certain amount of cups, but they are busy playing games & it was an hour before closing. How much would they really drink. Maybe a dollar worth of soda. We were not trying to take advantage of them just trying to get what we paid for.

We celebrated the end of soccer season for our kids. Chuck W. Cheese has a great deal that includes two slices of pizza, refillable soft drink, and 2 hour play time for $14.99. The kids, family and friends had a great time! The staff was kind and attentive! I would definitely recommend this place for a group event!

Had to go to this run-down dump for an Uber Eats delivery to pick up one of their cardboard-texture pizzas and an appetizer sampler. Someone who I assume was the manager waves me forward and directs me towards the pick-up area. I get there, and no one staff is there to assist me. I try waving at the manager but she and three other employees are crowded around a register dealing with a customer and not even looking in my direction. Eventually, some employee, short and with short wiry hair walks over, side-eyeing me like I'm a wanted criminal, grabs a pizza box, tosses it at me and walks away wordlessly, ignoring me asking if it's the right order and if it has all of the correct items.
Incredibly disrespectful, rude and unprofessional behavior. I get that these are burnt out, underpaid and overworked first-job-evers. But this is unacceptable and I'm rejecting any and all deliveries from this location and encourage other delivery drivers to do the same.
And they forgot the appetizer sampler, which upset my customer.
Treat your family to literally anywhere and anything else. Avoid this dimly-lit roach pit at all costs. And if you're a delivery driver, just take the hit to your acceptance rating. It's not worth it.

Place is for kids but the pizza is really good. This location just got a popcorn machine and a little warmer for churros. Looks to be a great idea but not there's popcorn everywhere on the floor not too bad but noticeable. Still the staff do their best to keep the place clean with all the kids running all over the place.
