I haven't been here in a few years but this location has definitely been redone. Definitely feels more spacious but seems like there is less games. There is an additional charge to enter the trampoline area think it was $10 if not added to birthday package. Came on a friday night seemed lime they were very under staffed when we got there. It is chuckie cheese and understand the food is just ok. Wings weren't bad. Salad bar was decent. Definitely was clean way better than before. Kids seemed like they had fun.

Horrible, few games and in the jumping area they want to charge 😆😆🤣🤣. The chuck e.cheese doll doesn't come out. We were there for 3 hours and the only thing that came out was the birthday parties. I should go out and say hello to the little kids who are outside first and in other locations they do it. Those of us who don't have a birthday party also pay and consume. At least go out with the d outside to say hello for about 5 minutes. The food, in the salad bar there is not as much to choose from as before. And it runs out and they are not attentive to filling the bar with vegetables again. They bring the pizza after placing the order one and a half minutes later. Already all cold. Horrible if I could give them -0 I would give it to them

Save yourself some money and do not take your children here especially if they have autism. This location does not know how to work with children with special needs and obviously needs to have better training for their staff. To the “manager” who works here on Sunday you need to learn to have a better attitude or get a job somewhere else that doesn’t have you working around kids.

It's ridiculously overpriced! Pizza is hard and cold and they take such a long time to cook with little people there. With the wings you don't even get carrots only celery.

Just went here for fun pass. This location is quite spacious and has some different machines compared to others Chuck e cheese. However, we only came here for games for a couple of hours, but we did not see any mascot chuck came out during the times we were there. And we did not eat anything. There are still some machines that are out of order, just like other Chuck e Cheese locations.

I have the summer pass and the last two times I've gone , restrooms r flooded they were not serving food do to the plumbing issues they have... and let me tell you when you walk in smells like sewer...... bring old chuckie e cheese back :(((( Photo Booth is always broken or out of paper DONT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE !!!!! BEWARE***********

Over half the place is seating only. They need more arcade games. Wasn't much fun. I tried like 4 games & didnt win any points. Burnt pizza, burnt fries and burnt wings. Dough was raw & burnt. How does that even happen? Wasted about 100 bucks just on burnt food.
Parking: A couple disabled parking spots and plenty of space for others.
