STAY AWAY. CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS!! NO SENSE OF URGENCY. The servers just want to make the bigger sales. They disappear after you order.

Los Amores de Julia is a restaurant known for its exceptional food quality and welcoming ambiance. The menu features delicious dishes, including the highly recommended Mandala extra añejo tequila, tasty queso fundido with chorizo, and fresh guacamole served with ribeye. The handmade tortillas enhance the dining experience. The staff receives praise for their friendly, professional, and attentive service, making guests feel welcome. Some may find the portions small, but the food's flavor and presentation often make up for it. The restaurant sometimes features live Mariachi music, which adds to the atmosphere, although it can be loud for conversation. Reservations can be tricky, but usually, there is only a short wait.
Guests should be aware that most items are served a la carte, including eggs, beans, rice, queso for the table, and water, with only bottled water available in plastic bottles. Some visitors found this to be a hidden charge or a bit pricey. The atmosphere is lively, and the live Mariachi on Sundays is a highlight. Some reviews mention that while the food can be very good, the prices are high for the portions and quality. The hospitality and attention are generally friendly, though a few guests felt it wasn’t as personal as expected at a Mexican restaurant. Overall, Los Amores de Julia remains a great place to enjoy good food, drinks, and a fun atmosphere, perfect for celebrating special occasions.
