Food good. But over priced. And the cashier wasn't friendly at all. Haven't been back and won't go back. Customer service matters a lot.

Food is always good and consistent! I usually get the Birria pizza, but the Birria quesadilla is also good. Highly recommended. Natalia is nice and helped me out when I accidentally spilled my consome . Great Customer Service to go along with the food.

We got order number 1, 3 tacos w/cheese and cilantro and consume and a hot cheeto burrito. We also got 2 horchatas, one medium 4.50 and one large 6.50. It was a little on the expensive side but it was totally worth it. Even my BF who eats more than me, could only finish half of his meal. Owner was very nice and food was amazing. We'll totally be returning.

Waited over 5 mins for literally just one drink and I was the only one there, after paying almost $8 for a champurrado that wasnt even that good

Spent 65 bucks on 2 burritos and 1 Nachos. Long wait and burrito had mostly rice and no meat.

The food is good, however I don’t think it’s worth the price. It’s really pricey. Paid $25 just for ramen noddles and an horchata. feels a bit ripped off.

Best thing are the number one, The 3 tacos. Negative part is the lack of flavor on everything, my birria fries were all soggy and no flavor and last thing, i paid 16 for birria ramen with little meat its like 16 for a maruchan! Ill be back for a second chance.

I decided to try out Birria Shack in Pico for lunch, but unfortunately, it didn’t quite live up to the hype… ? While birria is usually packed with flavor, I found there consomé to be missing something essential, leaving it kinda underwhelming… n for the tacos, they was okay, but nothing special—especially considering the price. In my opinion, the food is overprice for what you get, and I left feeling a little disappointed.

I’ve had a couple of disappointing experiences at The Birria Shack, but my recent experience was the last straw. I've previously ordered chilaquiles for breakfast and as someone who likes spicy food I found them to be so extremely spicy to the point of being unenjoyable. Despite this, I decided to give them another try and went there last night.

We ordered two carne asada burritos and a horchata, but was sorely disappointed. The burritos were almost entirely rice and cheese with barely any meat, and what little meat there was it was either hard or too chewy it was practically inedible. For the price, I expected a lot more.

To top it off, the horchata was incredibly grainy, as if they scrapped up the last bit from the bottom of the container. It also took forever to get our food. I would have been more forgiving if the food was fresh, but there was nothing fresh about those burritos. Very disappointing overall.
