I will be honest... we have experienced hell at various Panera Breads all over the country and a couple here in California.....But today we actually had a cool experience here at the Pico Rivera location. First Irene was so nice and helped us with 3 free bacon and egg sandwiches. I also signed up for unlimited sips and the process was smooth. Got my hot tea cold Lemonade and bacon and egg sandwich.... Let's go world!
Food is good and usually prepared as ordered. Service they are friendly. Ambiance they have seats inside and outside. I like the outside section :) the wait at times is long but, if u order ahead u can pick up too

i never leave reviews but i consistently have the most wonderful experiences at this location!! this location is always clean, my food always comes out hot and if something is wrong the staff is always so genuinely kind and helpful :) i come here so often and i will absolutely continue to do
