I been here twice and both times have been great. There food is so delicious. I had a broccoli cheddar soup and a BBQ chicken sandwich. Staff was nice, welcoming and friendly. Clean restaurant and lots of parking.

I love this Panera the aroma of the restaurant is amazing and the food is so delicious the breads they are visible for the customers to see and it all is just so perfect. Dine in experience was like eating at a fine dining restaurant and the service is fast and efficient and delicious food.

I will be honest... we have experienced hell at various Panera Breads all over the country and a couple here in California.....But today we actually had a cool experience here at the Pico Rivera location. First Irene was so nice and helped us with 3 free bacon and egg sandwiches. I also signed up for unlimited sips and the process was smooth. Got my hot tea cold Lemonade and bacon and egg sandwich.... Let's go world!

Come here a lot, told the new guy at register that they should cover the pastries because there are visibly bugs completely attacking the pastries. He smiled and said "Thanks! Next!" Pretty gross, I understand that it's like that at most Panera's but still. Highly don't recommend any of their pastries and their coffee is always burnt.
