If you guys are selling, through Uber eats, make sure you have the items that's are shown on the website. Is ridiculous you want to charge for the order when you guys didn't have the items to complete my order.

Came in 2 weeks ago. Ordered soup. Took a bit to decide as I rarely come here. The cashier was so helpful & knowledgeable about the menu that I tipped her. Got home to see I had been given wrong soup. Disappointing. Called, spoke to manager. She told me next time I come in, free soup. Came in today, they had no record of that. Did not honor it. Only gave me half off, claiming they have to follow protocols. The wrong soup, ok, a mistake. But not noting that I had been promised a free soup? & then not honoring? Very poor customer service.

Still an okay place but their menu has totally changed. You may have a selection of food but the coffee You have limited choices. And you dispense yourself from a pot. No selections like before for coffee. ?

A tad pricy but which food place isn't nowadays. Always friendly. Always on it. Love the Sip Club!!! No substitute to its simplicity, affordability, and convenience.
