They had me waiting for twenty minutes when my to go order was ready behind them but they were too busy to turn around and look at the complete to go orders while others got theirs

I have the Sip Club, so I am constantly stopping at Paneras all over the place and honestly I have some not so good visits constantly.... But never at the Pico Rivera location. Staff is amazing, place is more than clean an comfortable... Ordering is easy. This is one of my favorite places to go whether to sit for awhile, or just pass thru for a drink. I'd 10 star this place of I could. The only problem is parking because they opened a stupid Starbucks 50 ft away. But this place makes you feel seen and appreciated...

If you guys are selling, through Uber eats, make sure you have the items that's are shown on the website. Is ridiculous you want to charge for the order when you guys didn't have the items to complete my order.

Came in 2 weeks ago. Ordered soup. Took a bit to decide as I rarely come here. The cashier was so helpful & knowledgeable about the menu that I tipped her. Got home to see I had been given wrong soup. Disappointing. Called, spoke to manager. She told me next time I come in, free soup. Came in today, they had no record of that. Did not honor it. Only gave me half off, claiming they have to follow protocols. The wrong soup, ok, a mistake. But not noting that I had been promised a free soup? & then not honoring? Very poor customer service.
