It's the first walk up/ drive thru only Starbucks I have ever seen. Which is weird because the lot isn't lacking space. It basically is where the Tamarak used to be. There is no seating whatsoever.

My $8 drink is consistently 3/4 full. They try to hide it by throwing in tons of whip cream. I see where the latte ends and the whip starts

I have came to this starbucks everyday since it opened. Employees even know my order by now. There all super sweet, looked forward to coming everyday. However today I met a new employe, Elisa. She claimed she was the manager on duty. I have never seen her until now and all it took was one interaction with her for me to never come again. I am a manager myself and she needs to know how to speak to people, she needs training and seems like the employees are scared of her as well which is sad. I got my same order as everyday and somehow my total came out to be more. My co workers and I will be taking our business elsewhere.

A W F U L....only one in the drive thru abs it STILL took 15 minutes for them to come to the window to get payment, ten took another 10 minutes to make and bring the drink. The cup was HALF EMPTY. Literally.

This a snacking brand new Starbucks in Pico Rivera it looks more modern but making the traditional drinks like coffee,latte and limited drinks.
