This place offers anything but customer service. The woman of middle age and the younger one were a perfect duo, a terrible one. While the former seemed to have been ravaged by chronic migraines or over consumption of carbs with a contorted face, the latter one clearly didn’t want to linger a moment longer with customers, before communications settled, holding a broom as if she could disappear. Their demeanor suggested they might be better suited for some place else, like a zoo or pet shelter, where less or different kinds of customers, they could have a full display of their antics.

Charging extra for cheese is absolutely nuts, a sandwich shop charging for cheese is like an ice cream parlor charging extra for the cold air that keeps the ice cream solid. This is truly absurd and I am frankly overwhelmingly disappointed with this.

I placed an order online on the app and my order said it was ready got here and I didn’t make line because it is an online order and they kept getting people helped every one except me. I asked and they laughed. The names of the co workers are maria and Brisa. Horrible service. I will never order from there again.

Extremely poor customer service. When in went in line to order the rep does not acknowledge you at all for 10 min. When I ask if I can get help she walks away. Complete I incompetent, not worth the poor customer. I recommend go somewhere else where they want your business.

Really bad customer service the lady there has a nasty attitude the other one doesn't understand what you're saying good thing I speak Spanish so I was able to tell her what I wanted I get it everybody needs to work but if you don't speak the language how you supposed to serve the customers at least learn it and then the other one with the messed up attitude stuffed everything inside a small bag

I was the only customer when I entered the restaurant and was not acknowledged until 4 minutes of standing for someone to begin my order. There were three workers at the time. Ended up not ordering and went to another location instead.

Stay away from this location service is bad we where there for about 7 min no one greeted us as we walked in there wasent a single customer food was just terrible chicken was all soggy and cold both sandwiches i got where bad couldnt even eat half of the 6inch and i had gotten a footlong worst subway i ever been to

Went to subway to have dinner and it ended up being the worst subway to stop at, the worker Dulce basically made the sandwich to her liking by putting all the wrong things and still had the audacity to catch an attitude when was told about her mistakes. Dulce then proceeded to make faces to my partner when we did not know what was the issue. There’s 3 Subways in Pico Rivera, trust me don’t come to this one!!!
