Well let me tell yall what happen got the cob salad was not a fan the chicken did not tats char broiled . I tried to eat it but some of the weeds in it were old. I had to exchange it for the chicken club. Which I was happy to exchange . I asked for it to be extra charbroil . They bring it out barely cooked I could not even eat it. I blame the cook back there ! Bummer I won’t be back

Ordered a charburger to go. Waited about 20 minutes for my food. Got home and realized there is no patty on my burger. Embarrassing for a burger restaurant to forget to put a patty on the burger...

Just had an employee go through my food 3 times because they messed up. Was stopped two times as i was walking out. But whatever wast making a big deal jit wanted to get home and eat. But just checked my order again and they gave me the wrong sauces and the wrong salad. Get it together.

Nowadays is hard to find people that care. We had such a great experience. There was a little hiccup with our order then Sam came rescue. Sam took care of us. He addressed the issues and made sure everything was perfect after.

Customized a salad to have drizzled bbq on it (since they dont have the bbq chicken salad on menu anymore) and it did not have any bbq on it. Ordered tempura green beans aswell and both portions of the salad and beans are a lot smaller than they were before. Not worth the order for the price. Ill have to stick with IN n Out .

This location is so clean, nicely and friendly...

Sucks.i was eating here every night....and one of their employees...VALENTINA...she was being really rude to me...and refused to let me use restroom...now the managers against me.....I give this place a zero.no morals,rude,and they take the employees side...in my time.......
