“The best Bagel place in East Bay!! I love how fresh it is! Also their seasonal menu options, very local! We are blessed by Hella Bagels existence!!! My favorite: city nights on everything bagel (toasted & open)!!!!
Oh can’t can’t forget to mention about their fresh squeezed orange juice and Thai Iced Tea!!!“

“They had fresh bagels and a customer service attitude in comparison to Bagley Street Cafe on Telegraph in Berkeley down the street from campus. I live on Telegraph and I will go to Lox Stock & Bagel which is several blocks farther away for a fresh bagel and a smile.“
“Loveliest cafe with wonderful espresso drinks and best bagel dishes in town. My favorites are the cardamom Rose latte and the brusco bagel (thin mortadella slices with honey drizzle and pepperoncini). Dominick and Andie are lovely. Dog friendly outdoor seating but limited and in the shade, so might be a little cold so bring light jacket“

“The Mexican hot chocolate was authentic and tasted like an elevated version of my childhood hot chocolate. The maple scone was slightly moist and not too sweet which was a pleasant surprise. The vibe was intimate and calm, but also nice enough to study. Customer service was kind and to the point. Will be returning!“

“Been going to bagel street for the past 7 years with my buddy. We always get the pizza bagel which is always super good. To be honest the service and environment has really gone down hill and the prices increasing it’s a bit disappointing. Anyway I still love this place give it a try if you can when you’re in Berkeley!“
“had a nice brunch before class started and was on a budget, cashier was sweet and recommended me a nice sandwich and i tried a smoothie which was way better than expected, workers were all sweet and i sat for a bit while waiting for my next class to start, will come back again“

“Folks with celiac disease who can’t have wheat, barley or rye (need to be gluten free): Swung by at 8am when they open to find the shop closed with no activity. About 8:15 saw some folks moving around inside. Gave it a few for them to get settled and headed in about 8:35. I saw at least one of their smoothies had wheat bran. Since things felt very disorganized, I didn’t trust they would be able to handle cross contact safely so I left.“
