I ordered an extremely complex order for all the dancers in our dance company that were competing down the street. The drive through operator double checked my order by reading it back. Asked questions. Did an awesome job. Then I got to the window and he had already packed my half dozen shakes into drink carriers and quickly accepted my payment and started handing me drinks and bags. He got everything right. The team prepared and packed my food flawlessly. Great work. Our Jack in the box restaurants are always good but today they stood out. Thank you!

I used to think that Jack in the Box was expensive, the crescent deal was great.I wasn't fond of the new breakfast bagels though.This is a good place to get some food late at night on interstate 80.

I walk in and no one is at the register, 3 people in the back and one at the drive thru window and nobody even said Hello or came to take my order, they all saw me standing there but didn't say a word to meI start watching the workers and I see this young male employee walks from the back, onto the line with gloves on and his phone in his hand. He put his phone back in his pocket, starts readjusting his hat, and then walked over and starts grabbing food with the same gloves without changing his gloves or washing his hands.Researchers at the University of Arizona found that cellphones carry TEN TIMES MORE BACTERIA THAN A TOILET SEAT.I spoke up and called him out for it, but the young punk just started squinting his eyes and shaking his head to say he didn't do it. As if I'm an idiot, as if I'm lying like I didn't just stand there and see it with my own eyes only seconds earlier.What's even funnier is I'm a REAL line cook and have worked in the restaurant industry at REAL restaurants for 16 years now. It doesn't matter if this is cheap or that it's fast food, that is a serious HEALTH CODE VIOLATION. That is how you infect people and make them sick! He should be written up for that if not fired if that wasn't his first offense.I just walked out without ordering, I will NEVER go back to that location ever ever ever.

I prepaid the food online. I set the quantity of sauce I wanted. However, when I get to the store. I checked my bag I only received one sauce on an order of a build your own munchies and 3 orders of loaded tiny tacos. I asked this hispanic female associate. To what happen to the 10 sauces I ordered online. The lady simply told me with a mad face that they don't give 10 sauces. So i say ok, well the online does not limit me of the quantity. She dismissed me by turning around. So I told her I was going to report this incident at the corporate office. So as soon I walked away from the counter to the table, to check my order, just to make sure they didn't messed up my oder. I heard and witness this lady bad mouthing me along with her co-workers. Saying "do you believe this puto pendejo! This stupid guy! Going to report me to corporate!!! So I came back to the counter and confronted her, I told her to why bad mouthing me with your co-workers. She already knew the next thing I was going to do. Is to get her name. However, she simply covered her name tag by putting her arm around her chest. I try to call corporate but very hard to contact. So corporate people. If you are seeing this comment. Please train your associates properly. Horrible service, the person at the drive through not only ignored us until we yelled for attention she had was rude and ended up going as far as to tell us to leave when she was the one giving us attitude, definitely not coming to this place again. Worst jack in the box around!
