The staff is cheerful and very prompt in service. The bathrooms are clean. The eating area is always neat and clean. There always is ample parking. The location is right off I-80.
This Jack n a box location and restaurant is the best one in the East Bay. The employees customer service is always welcoming and pleasant. The food is always right. I normally get the sourdough Jack meal and most Jack in the box don't cook the bread correctly but this one always always makes it perfectly. Day or late night I've never had any problems here at this one even the drinks are always good never flat has the burn and taste exactly like what you'd expect it to taste like...read full review
