Really odd. Tho I am rarely here, these days . Service used to be quite friendly and efficient., Today's positive notes: The guy cleaning the shelves greeted me when I walked in. The young woman who took my order was pleasant. Now after that i am not quite sure what was going on but fair to say that though there were 5 employees in the store( count'em, 5,)seems like filling the customers' orders was a low low priority. The slowest service of all the many Peet's stores I've visited, causing lines regularly. When I was able to finally order my 1 pound of coffee to be ground, it took way too long as the 2 employees seemed to prioritize other work, and I appeared to be the only customer being served! I dread when I forget my coffee on my frequent trips east and have to come here. If there's still time, I'll keep driving to the Peet's at Travis where the service is excellent. I came here for years in the past and never had a problem until today.I ordered my drink which was a simple cold brew order. I used the bathroom, came out, and a lady that ordered after me got her drink in which seemed very intricate to make. I was still waiting for my drink.
