Stood in line in the store waiting for 18 minutes all i wanted was a large mash and soda. No one approached me for 18 minutes. They’re soda fountain for customers is broken. And the lady gave me the wrong soda that i asked for.

Unfortunately the woman taking orders has a bad attitude, to which I’m seeing is a regular occurrence from comments on here and Yelp. Very displeasing and uncomfortable to be yelled at through the intercom after asking a simple question about our meal. I understand now that this is the price we have to pay for fast food

Literally been waiting for my food for 30 minutes on my own Doordash order when my food was supposed to be ready 15 minutes ago. They told me it was a 15-20 minute wait. What's the point of them accepting Doordash orders when they can't even be on time? Horrible staff. Fire them all and replace them with competent decent people who knows who m good to go their jobs.

I ordered online. And it says its ready to be pick up. Got there at 8:20pm. One person is ahead of me, waited for another 6 minutes. When I asked for my order they said that its not ready. That I have to wait for another 7 minutes. I'm not going back to this KFC branch.

Food is standard kfc, but I spent almost $40 on food just to be told I can't have any sauce... only hot sauce is free, And they only give sauce for strips?? No bbq no nothing? It's giving broke, ¢32 for a single sauce after I bought 3 meals? man get out of my face and gimme that sauce.

I loved KFC for the past 35 years! this specific place is really great. The staff are very kind and funny. The only downside, which goes for all KFC franchises are the prices!!! so expensive nowadays but it’s worth it.

Ok, I'm here in town from Georgia due to a family member in the hospital. So we decided to swing by KFC to grab a family bucket with mashed potatoes, coleslaw, and corn. Get up to the window to pay, he says $50.00, it was a little more, just my mind shut down when he said $50. Are you serious? I said no, only 1 family bucket. Yep, that's 1 family bucket with the sides. $50+. No way am I paying $50 for a bucket of chicken, and none of you should. I drove away, went over the fwy to safeway. Got cooked roasted chicken, 12 pack Hawaii rolls, mashed potatoes, coleslaw, can of corn, and half gallon of fruit punch. All of this for just over $30.00. No one should be paying KFC $50+ dollars for a bucket of chicken. This place should be boycotted, and get your chicken somewhere else.
