the guy on the window was friendly enough, but the guy that delivered our food didn’t give us our complete order. Unfortunately, we didn’t realize the gravy and our side were missing till we got home.
Enjoy a KFC every once in a while. The best coleslaw, mashed potatoes along with the finger licking good chicken. 🍗
They’re the worst! Took too long to get order and they didn’t get it right. Have gone here several times for convenience only to get disappointed with lack of proper service. Have opted several times to get my fried chicken at Lucky’s Supermarket because of poor service and expected improvement but no go. It’s Lucky’s Supermarket going forward.

KFC is a popular restaurant chain that has been a favorite for many years. This particular location in Pinole is known for its kind and funny staff, although prices can be steep. The food is consistently warm and delicious, maintaining a solid 9 out of 10 rating. The restaurant is always clean, and the Seasoned Chicken is a standout, with flavors that are "yummy good." The menu features chicken tenders, biscuits, sweet tea, and lemonade. While service can be slow, the food is worth the wait.
Recently, customers have noted the quick service when ordering through the KFC app, especially praising the delicious juicy Korean chicken sandwiches. One customer highlighted the exceptional help from a staff member named Devin, who managed to keep things running smoothly during a busy time. Despite challenges with a manager's approach, Devin's effort in ensuring orders were packed quickly did not go unnoticed. Another customer experienced an issue with overcharging at the drive-thru, but the manager, Ms. Terri, stepped in to resolve the mistake and correct the pricing. Overall, the restaurant continues to deliver a consistent and enjoyable experience, though some service issues remain.
