Hispanic lady at drive-thru Rude & Overcharges but manager fixed employee mistakes so 5 star teaching moment.
I initially went through the drive-thru to order a 3 piece (crispy breast, wings, coleslaw & mashed potato) for my grandpa. The Hispanic lady told me the order was going to be almost $19.
