Fantastic smoked meats and a unique, fun, western style bar. I found a portion of the ribs I got a little over smoked to the point it was dry and hard but the rest of them were top tier excellent.

Half chicken was probably the juiciest and most tender, flavorful chicken I've ever had. I seriously don't know if I've had chicken breast that good before.

Chili cheese fries were great smothered in a tri tip chili.

Food was good and great iced tea.
A bit pricey for burgers.

Waited about 25 no server no nothing first time trying and didn't even get to get an order in 3 tables that were sat after us orderes were taken and they got attention we got ignored and was planning to order the 100 dollar combo. Never coming back drove 45 min for disappointment and and empty stomach and remnants of great smelling food .

Nice hidden gem, its a bit overpriced, but I enjoyed a good ribs , I love the hazy's , the only have one choice on draft but usually they have a good one.
I do not love that they want the info of who is goi g to pick you up, like that they allow you to drink more, I hate that. Because at b ghe end I prefer to call them and leave the place .

It used to be a great place to go to back in the day. People were friendly and helpful. But ever since the place was sold to these thieves from LA, the service, quality of food and the overall atmosphere went down the toilet. Also everything shot up price wise. $80 for a burger, BBQ ribs (which were horrible and couldn't eat them because the sauce was super spicy) fries and soft drinks. The original owners are probably rolling in their graves right now!!!

Vegetarian options: They have salad.

Dietary restrictions: I hate spicy food.

Kid-friendliness: There were lots of kids.

When traveling to find a place to eat near Pioneertown my family came across what looked to be a rather unremarkable place from the roadside, upon entering the establishment we were greeted by the friendliest staff in California and seated promptly. I had a tri tip steak sandwich which was tender and appropriately proportioned to where someone could both finish the meal satisfied and have no left over food. The one thing I would like changed to the establishment the next time I visit is the layout of the restaurant as it is enclosed in some parts and was difficult to see/ hear the live band where my family was seated which was near the stage. Overall a must go when visiting Pioneertown.

The food is outstanding, the best chicken goujons I’ve ever had. Forgot to take a photo because couldn’t wait to eat them.

Parking: Free parking, I went when there was a 40 min wait for a table and I still got a space.

We had a fantastic time at Pappy & Harriet's with the family! The food was amazing, especially the BBQ ribs and fried chicken. The cozy atmosphere and live music made it a memorable experience. Highly recommend!

Wheelchair accessibility: Yes, Pappy & Harriet's is wheelchair accessible, with an open layout that accommodates mobility needs.

You should come... just don’t come hungry. Honestly, the best part of this place was the scenic drive getting there. Once inside, I found myself marveling more at the historical walls than the menu. The food? Way too expensive for what you get and tasted, well... underwhelming. But let's talk about the salsa. That salsa was a masterpiece—so good it almost made me forget the rest of the meal. Almost. If chips and salsa were all they served, I’d probably give five stars. Service was wonderful, the atmosphere charming, but overall, it’s a pricey detour best suited for music buffs... or salsa enthusiasts?

Killer burgers and the wedge fries were amazing! Had the Arnold Palmer, which was made just right. My dad's draft beer looked a little flat but all in all we were very satisfied! Bonus: national act band was doing a sound check when we got there so we felt like we got away with a free mini-concert.

It was good. Wasn't blown away by food other than the mac and cheese. Service was good, shared a bench table. Would come back for the atmosphere when warmer to see outdoor bands.

Such a cool place in Pioneertown, the western inspired town. Decorated in a true western fashion, clean and busy! Fresh food and great drinks. Their ribs were delicious with a good kick in the dry rub and a nice sweet sauce on the side.

First timer - stopped in during my trip into the desert. What a cool restaurant & music venue with so much history within the walls. It was paired with a meat loving menu and good service and BUSTLING atmosphere. Highly recommend.
