After finding seeing the original handicap parking was taken we searched for another spot nearby and found a nice handicapped parking, around the corner next to all of the parking meters. It was an open space which had employee parking in the lot, handicap is exempt of this rule, seeing as there's a required handicap spot and the lot was indeed open to the public as there was nothing obstructing us from entering, we were then rudely approached by a worker of Brad's asking if we were alright repeatedly. while i tried to ask her if the handicap spot was alright andor exempt, she continued to ask if we were alright, because we couldn't park in that spot and has to park on the street. We left and informed her of the laws but it's not okay to kick a handicap person out of a designated handicap spot so we will not be returning.

(If there was a rope or gate that prevents public entry this rule can be enforced but since there is nothing obstructing the lot then that spot is exempt of private property rules)

If she had been nicer and asked us to relocate so she can put the rope back up seeing as she forgot to, we would have respected it easily but it was rude and borderline harassment. Kicking a disabled person out of a spot because of an employee mistake should be addressed because it isn't right.

Great courtyard patio. A few service errors that were overcome. Shrimp Louie was awesome and the Lobster Wrap was delicious.

The meal was excellent, but our server, Hans, destroyed our wonderful time celebrating a special occasion. He made a comment to my nephew, who was sipping soda from his girlfriend, and stated the owner spotted him sharing the soda, which they weren't permitted to do. We had appetizers and lots of food to purchase. We asked another attendant about the owner and he was not there. The attendan tapologized for Hans rude behavior. This made our party feel uncomfortable. We won't eat there again if the same server is present.

Such a good choice of restaurant after a long day on the road. Great choice of a menu, good quality and tasty food, and most of all- service with passion from Josef and the rest of the team. Best value for money I had in days.

Saw the menu had a good variety online, but we missed an important restriction. The BBQ is only on 3 nights. We showed up before those three nights. If you don't eat fish, the selection gets really sparse. No full dinners were available without fish, so we settled on sandwiches, after asking, but not receiving much help from the server on non-fish dishes. The non-fish lover got a roast beef sandwich, that has salty meat. Yet the fries had no salt on them. When asked how his meal was and he replied salty, the server just walked away. The fish lover got a cod sandwich that was delivered without tartar sauce or even mayo. A fish filet on a dry bun. Was she supposed to put ketchup on it? Yuck. Had to flag down another server to get some appropriate condiments. This sandwich was good, after the addition of tartar sauce. Would we eat here again? Nope. While the food was 50/50, the service left a lot to be desired.

Wish I could give 0 stars. Walked in this place and immediately got treated like garbage by the host. Even worse experience with the waitress. Walked out. As someone that works in the f&b industry this is so disrespectful and out right sad that a restaurant can allow staff in the “hospitality” industry to act so inappropriately to guests. Clearly this place is poorly mismanaged.

The clam chowder was really good thats the only reason for 3 stars for food. I ordered tri tip (med Rare) and shrimp from the bbq menu. I was told it was cooked over wood. The flavor of the tri tip was bland and there wan’t any bbq/smoke flavor coming through. I had to add table salt and pepper to my steak. The cook was rare instead of med rare. Tri tip isn’t the correct cut to serve rare, its too tough. Overall my food was @ 1* but the chiwder was 4*
