“Where do I even begin... Just don't... Look on my page on my reels and that's not even the tip of it I have more pictures. And honestly it wasn't a many thing the only thing I wanted was the sincere apology from one of the staff like a manager. Please read and more reviews will come on multiple websites so this doesn't happen to others. I booked this hotel solely because I thought that we would be able to see the fireworks on 4th of July from the balcony (im a single mom who loves to travel). When I called on 4th of July someone answered and said yes the pool in the top would be open, When I got here with my family it was not. Also the room was late because they were cleaning it and I had to wait over 40 minutes.... So I carried on with my day and then later and later as I got into my room I started hearing some noise, It was the sync bubbling up with sewage. My 1st instinct was to call the lobby they said that they would send somebody shortly, No one came so I ran to the lobby and I showed them a picture. (I had already spoken to yet another staff member who said someone will be there and shrug me off. ) After I showed him the picture then they sent a janitor still no manager apologizing. They gave me a breakfast voucher which was OK but still no official apology nothing sincere. So for $600 almost, I didn't get access to the balcony on 4th of July even before the event, My room was late because they were cleaning it, I have sewage in my sink which I have videos of dark water boiling in my restroom sink out of nowhere. In that same restroom I had to take a shower which was mind boggling. Not one manager came to apologize they did not care. They only had very few staff on site. Then the next day that I got access to the Jacuzzi I found myself cleaning it out because it had bugs in it from the event last night which tells me they did not even clean it. I don't know how many illegalities this hotel is doing but for that price charging About $600 around there They should ensure that their service meets the price tag. I've stayed at plenty of hotels cheaper ones more pricier ones and I've never had this experience the one where people have this demeanor of not caring about their customers. Go to other hotels save your money or at least a headache. There's plenty of other beautiful resorts you don't need to go through what I went through. They did not care at all they were not kind mind you I'm a single mother traveling with 2 children they did not do anything to ensure it was a good day to apologize my son cried seeing that seek filled with dark stuff bubbling .. I didn't even care about getting my money back what I cared about was getting a sincere heart fell apology something called kindness. I will continue to make an updated video in the future of my experience here with photos and videos since I was treated so poorly. Just don't do it.“

“Our mixologist Keith was great. Everyone knew what they wanted, but me. He asked me what I thought I might like. I said something bitter. And he asked what type of spirit and I said gin. He said he'd do a riff on a drink he makes, but he'll make it more bitter. It was heavenly!! Perfectly crafted, yum!“
