PSA never leave your valuables it could get stolen. Everything started out great, but then checkout happened. We needed to make multiple trips to the car. We got most stuff out on the first trip. By the time we got to the room again our stuff was gone! It turned out house keeping took the rest of our stuff. We weren't even checked out! They had taken out a camera, tripod, wine, and other things (my bridal bouquet).

Where do I even begin... Just don't... Look on my page on my reels and that's not even the tip of it I have more pictures. And honestly it wasn't a many thing the only thing I wanted was the sincere apology from one of the staff like a manager. Went on Saturday 12th of March at 3 PM to make a reservation for 6 PM / a young guy told us that reservation would not be necessary!
We came back at 6 to the rooftop again to celebrate my birthday and we were told that the wait wound be a hour or more!
We insisted that a manger need to be called and we were told that the manager is downstairs !we waited about 5 minutes and the chef came and apologized and was able to seat as 15 minutes later!
