Went to this place based on a recommendation from our hotel for a place for the sunset. Went up to the Third floor. Waited to be noticed and seated for 10 minutes. There were three waiters at the bar and only one person. We finally left. So rated the service poor, and disappointing. Didnāt get a chance to try the food. Atmosphere may have been nice, but we didnāt get to try that either. Thereās not much of a view of the pier or the sunset due to the walls at that end.

We stopped in for sunset happy hour. Sliders and beers. It has potential, great views, maybe make it 21 and over only? There's plenty of places for people to take their kids. This spot would be a lot nicer if you left the toddlers at home or in the hotel room.
Amazing views, patio heaters, cool vibe, lose the kids.

I ordered the "crab cakeS" which btw consisted of just ONE cake, and the sauce combination was terrible. They should have kept it simple with the avocado sauce which worked fine, but the whole thing was spoiled by the crab cake swimming in the unfortunate lemon aioli with microgreens. Ugh,! Then I had a half Caesar, and my wait person suggested getting the dressing on the side, which I should have done as this was a total mess. The whole program needs help: train the service staff! Please! Serve a cocktail napkin with an iced beverage (I had to ask). Offer fresh ground pepper with salads (I didn't even bother to ask as the salad would not have been salvageable under any circumstances). This restaurant is inside of a medium high-end Hilton Hotel, which also did not have a lot of good/luxury/or even nice amenities, so maybe it is all in keeping with whatever is up with this restaurant.

It was ok... Was expecting more I guess. Staff opened the doors a few minutes before they opened and we were scolded. Not cool. Menu is limited. What they show online is accurate. Food bland and service ok, not stellar. We were the only ones for most of the time. The view is great though... Of the pier area.

By far the best seaside view in pismo. The short rib ragu was amazing but the pork chop with demiglace was the real treat. 10/10 i will be back

Beautiful views right on the water. Had drinks and staff was friendly. Hilton needs to spend a few dollars and rebuild the bar and replace the TVs
My partner and I decided to come here for a celebration since we love good views & good food. We made a reservation and were seated right away, which was a smooth start. However, once we sat down, we noticed a strong scent of the beach mixed with another odor, and our table had bird droppings on it; a small detail, but hard to dismiss. We politely asked to move to a different table, hoping to sit somewhere farther from where seagulls might target. We ended up seated more toward the middle, away from the edge/nice view tables, but once again, the table hadn't been cleaned. It took a few minutes for staff to wipe it down before we could settle in. We decided to move past it and focus on the food. The Butter Bread was excellent (10/10), rich, soft, & flavorful. The Steak Fries were tasty, though I asked for medium & it came out fully well-done (6/10). The Fried Chicken Sandwich was also solid (8/10), crispy and flavorful without being too heavy. Overall, the kitchen delivered on taste, which we appreciated. What fell short, unfortunately, was the overall atmosphere. We originally came for the view that's advertised so well online, but after moving tables, we lost that highlight. Instead of relaxing and enjoying a celebratory meal, we were left feeling uneasy, with the ongoing concern that seagulls could swoop or leave droppings nearby at any moment. The online marketing makes this place seem like a perfect spot for special occasions, but in practice, the proximity to the pier & the rooftop setup make it feel less polished than expected. While the food was enjoyable, the setting didn't match the celebratory experience we hoped for. With better upkeep of tables & perhaps some adjustments to address the bird issue, this could become the destination it's advertised to be.
