Do not order online, may be I didn’t see the tip add on the online order but a $10 too added to my order!!! Come on $10 for what to bag the food ? Like what the hell! I would leave a tip but $10 that’s like 18%

I’ve been a regular customer for some time, often ordering entrees that are listed as coming with two sides — mac & cheese and greens. Today, I realized I’ve been paying extra for what should already be included in the meal. When I asked about it, the owner explained that she charges more for the greens because they cost her more to make.

That’s disappointing and misleading. If certain sides cost extra, they shouldn’t be listed as included with the entree. It’s important to be upfront and clear about pricing.

I really try to support Black-owned businesses, but situations like this make it hard when customers feel taken advantage of. Transparency builds loyalty, not surprise charges.

Absolutely delicious! The BBQ was some of the best we’ve had in years — everything was flavorful and cooked perfectly. Portions were generous, and we definitely didn’t leave hungry. We live out of state, but we’ll make a point to come back whenever we’re in town. Highly recommend Dad’s BBQ!

I drive 35 mins to get a plate, I ask for dark meat given white, tri-tip dried out and tough, ribs dry, links good. Salad and beans good, Still have plate no worth eating wasted $$$, now if going back only getting links, second time other meats weren’t good. Very unhappy with this establishment, I don’t know what’s going on with the quality of food it use to be delicious and fresh. Wasted $50, plus gas and a Sunday drive just disappointment!

I’m so glad we stopped for dinner. Everything was delicious. The only regret was not getting more fried catfish. The kids went crazy for it. Thanks for a great meal!

Bad idea to grab lunch when they first open all I got was what seemed like reheated dried out food! Raising your prices is understandable. what is not acceptable is raising your prices In combination with lowering the quality of your food and cooking abilities.

I will not Be seeing you again soon. Don’t worry, you won’t miss me at all, but if the quality of your food stays crappy, then you will be losing a lot more customers

Came in today with my son who's 7. We got the ribs, steak and chicken. Side were beans and mac and cheese, mild sauce and water. The lady at the counter was nice. We sat at a 2 chair table and enjoyed our meal together. The food was fresh the environment was mellow. My son wants to come back once a week. If I could spend this much weekly I would lol. I recommend this place.

The Mac n Cheese was so good! Everyone at the hangout had something good to say about it.

Service was horrible, food prices are ridiculous for the portion… 25 for 2 meats and 2 sides… but when I go to pay they charged me 35 …. So they charge extra for each side you order… and the portions are small. For 35.00 I can go to a restaurant and eat good . !! Dad’s BBQ is overrated . Negative stars and absolutely would not recommend
