Way to slow in drive through. Waiting for at least 10mins in line for coffee. Employees inside are already chit chatting n not paying attention to customers. Always get late for work while going thru this site in the mornings. This place is going downhill.

Terrible service barista seemed to have a chip on her shoulder. Made a terrible coffee had to come back and return and got the same terrible coffee the second time . recommended to go across town and safe yourself some time . Barista is the opening female on thursday morning.
Never do they open on time there rude and I will not spend my money there. I will drive the extra 2 miles to the California Starbucks before I give Buchanan Starbucks my money again

Ordered a Grande Iced Matcha latte with coconut milk. I wish they would have given me more of the latte than all ice. I paid for the drink not the ice. Also coming in they don't even greet you. They pretend they didn't see you. We know they're busy but acknowledging people as they come in is a plus.

By now I'm sure they know what I'm going to order and how to make it when they see my car. They are nice and try to get orders out fast. Alot off ppl gi to the drive thru and In side. They do really well for the amount of customers.

This place is so slow it take more the 30 minutes in the drive through it’s crazy then they have my drink covered and coffee, wet, dirty, dripping, and then an attitude, and it took them five minutes to tell me that they didn’t have a cheese and fruit box it looks like I’ll be going across town just to get my Starbucks. What a shame.

Have been coming to this location for over 15 years and sadly lately almost every time my order is wrong 😑 today I went and got a drink and asked for extra cold foam and it did not have any so then I had my husband pick up my second order and yet again there was no cold foam when I ordered extra and it did not taste like sugar cookie it had cinnamon instead smh pls do better
