New Starbucks location. We'll thought out layout. Food‐wise. Its Starbucks. Recommend visiting and staying for a bit.
This location has to have the most incompetent people I've ever seen working here. You ask for no ice, they fill it to the top. You ask for a hot drink, they make it cold. You ask for ROOM in your coffee, they fill it up beyond the lid some how. They always get it wrong, even when you are clear and its ON THE CUP FOR INSTRUCTIONS TO FOLLOW.
On March 28th, my cousin and I went to a Starbucks near us in the morning to grab drinks. I ordered a matcha and asked for whipped cream, and she ordered her own drink. There was a misunderstanding and my drink was made without whipped cream.

Starbucks Coffee Company has received mixed feedback from visitors. One customer found their drink average but made correctly as asked, with a friendly person taking the order. The dining area was relatively clean and the restrooms decent, and the talking inside was not above normal, allowing them to do what they were doing without being annoyed or distracted. For a first time visit, it was a good visit.
Another customer, visiting a brand-new store with a drive-through on a mild Sunday morning, was impressed. Even with a big in-house order of over 10 drinks, a few drive-through customers, and people waiting in the lobby, the team stayed in their stations, moving smoothly. A shift lead floated to support and loudly thanked everyone for pushing through. The leadership was calm, encouraging, and positive in the middle of a rush.
Others describe a very clean place with a greeting upon walking in, an order ready, and a gentleman who asked if help to the car was needed. The staff is called very friendly, with great customer service, and the location is convenient and family friendly.
Not all reviews are positive. One customer reports order ahead is still a 20+ minute wait, with inside even worse, a 30 minute wait for a refresher drink, and staff rude and irritated. Another was unhappy that an iced shaken espresso had a cream flavor that overpowered the coffee, and that a shot cost 2.95.
