I went to this location at 8 am . The cashier (Arely) messed up my order twice . I asked for my drinks which i believe i paid for she said she didn’t charge me , yet when i ordered she asked me what size and got upset with me because i asked for it . I told her she can charge me for it and ended up charging me for Baja blasts . There was no reason for her to be rude at 8 am . I am not a believer in (customers always right) because they are wrong at times . My bacon was old , cold and hard . My favorite overall experience was horrible. Very disappointing .

What is this? Because it is not a large fry....cold and gummy. The burrito supreme is cold. I'm not even out of the parking lot. Why is there smashed beans on the outside bag? Why am I being asked to donate $1.00??? Cold fries, food on the bag AND you want a donation? No receipt given magically so no way to make a complaint

Beans burnt and cold in my bean burrito. Absolutely horrible! I went in the morning when they first opened so I'm thinking they reused beans and didn't finish warning it up. My over $5 cheesy gordita crunch had no crunch, little cheese and no sauce which is the best part of this product. Sad part is I had made them remake this twice because the first two were worse which is hard to believe. This place doesn't deserve the brand name they are killing.
