My order took a really long time to come out, I ordered on my phone and did in store pick up. Despite waiting a long time for my order, my drink was melted and my food was luke warm, so it made me think my order sat rather than it taking too long. 9/10 my visits here have been fantastic from customer service to presentation (yes boo I look at my food) fast food or not presentation says alot about the people making your food as well as the cleanliness of the restaurant itself. The -1 well its nothing major for the most part its 9/10 keep up the good work!

It's not right that you have to oder your own food. And when you pay cash they don't make your food until u pay. Then when u tell them they get mad because you didn't pay with
