Corporate needs to fire the AI robot at the drive-thru. It is not providing good customer service or making the customer feel valued. It's frequently frustrating and doesn't comprehend the actual words of the customer. Humans do this job much better.
While the employees were very nice about it, this is one of several Taco Bells that are now outright refusing to take your order and insisting you use the very machines that have taken their jobs. I'm sure it's not their decision, but the fact remains, this isn't customer service.
