If I could give a big fat ZERO I would! I haven't even tried my food yet but at this point I don't even care if it's good. I will never return. Customer service is HORRIBLE! I eat at the one in San Francisco all the time. This was my first time trying this one it Pittsburgh. I tried to call in the order, and the woman owner was very rude and hung up on me when I asked how many pieces of shrimp come in the combo. I drive there anyway, because I promised my mom dinner. Tried this place out for the first time tonite. I have been to the Las Palmas in Oakland many times so I was expecting the same experience in Pittsburg. I should have known something was up because there was not a single customer when I walked in. I ordered the Shrimp Burrito but when I got it home I was disappointed because the rice in it was very dry and hard. I'm guessing it was day old rice.
