I had the birria de chivo burrito. It's one of the best chivo birria that I have tasted. I will definitely be coming back to get the dry birria de chivo plate with consome. I recommend this place for great food.

We got a take out order and was delicious. Salsas and chips. The Chile verde is fingerlicking with freshly made corn tortillas.

This is my favorite restaurant in Bowling Green. The food, service, and environment is all superb. If I could come here for every meal I would. That is how good the food is. My favorite is the Qusabirrias. They are phenomenal. Definitely give this place a shot.

Jalisco Mexican Restaurant on Russellville Rd, Bowling Green, KY. First time there. Food was terrible! Salsa tasted horrible. Chips tasted like they'd been fried in very old oil. Taco Salad tortilla tasted like it had been cooked in very old oil and wasn't crunchy at all. Taco salad was drowned in cheese sauce, so much, in fact, that it ran out all over the plate. Guacamole was VERY spicy. I only ate about half of the taco salad. No enchiladas on the menu. It wasn't just my opinion, the person I was with didn't care for it either and we both agreed we won't eat there again.

The birria de chivo was excellent, was tender and juicy, not dry. I ordered it to the side of the consumé and the consumé also had a good flavor. Didn't care much for the rice but other than that it was delicious! Definitely will be going back.

the xango (deep fried cheesecake) was staged in such a way that the end i should pick up was drowned in whip cream, so i had nowhere to pick it up without getting super messy fingers, and the shells weren't exactly easy to cut, even with steak knives. we ordered a fajita quesadilla. expected it to be steak, since steak wasn't listed seperately and chicken was. we got chicken anyways (and nobody even attempted to call to check!). the flan has no caramel sauce, and the top is so burnt it all tastes more like eggs and black marshmallow char than anything else. the rice was even more bland and mushy than taco bell. the tacos i ordered were good, but the rest was hella disappointing. suffice to say, i will *not* be ordering from here again.

The cook touched multiple surfaces while preparing the food and didn’t wash her hands. Contaminating the food !!

Parking: Dark after sun down no lighting and too sketchy

Food was really good! We'd def stop by again. I'd skip the drinks however. Everything is made fresh so it takes a while. Services was also good. Bathrooms were pretty gross, no soap or seat covers. I wiped down the seat and the paper was brown. gross. I'm praying there was another sink with soap in the kitchen for their staff.
