Absolutely delicious! Best food in California I've ever had. Made to order from scratch. Food from El Salvador.I stopped by restaurant as I had to make a work visit in the town. Although I have not eaten other items from the menu, the menudo was fabulous! Cooked only on the weekend, this soup was filled with both a heavy helping of tripe and very tender pork feet. The soup was not over salted, unlike most of the menudo I have tried elsewhere, nor was its base thick or oily. The best part of this meal was Teresa's service.
