The soup was not over salted, unlike most of the menudo I have tried elsewhere, nor was its base thick or oily. The best part of this meal was Teresa's service. She was patient with my poor Spanish, and she introduced me to different chilies when she found out that I am a spice lover. This place is a must for those who love Menudo“
