Campitelli Cookies - Placentia, CA

The cookies are amazing. They have so many varieties and they are such high quality. I don't understand why anyone would go to crumble cookie instead of this place. The only cookie I'd recommend against is the gingerbread cookie. They taste nothing like a gingerbread cookie, and are almost downright disgusting LOL. I'm not going to take a star off for that because maybe it's just my own tastes. Everything else is amazing.

This review is for their service, because their food is always great. The day had been crazy, I was super hungry and too late for the potato soup. I can't eat tomato based stuff due to stomach issues. Everyone was nice and helpful about the refund. I hope that soup comes back soon, especially if we get rain.

I've had Campitelli Cookies bookmarked for a few years before deleting it due to the fact that I never went into this part of town. However, yesterday morning, I was craving a good sandwich and this spot popped up! What's better than a good ol' sandwich and then a cookie to wash it down? It's the best of both worlds.

Here's what I ordered:

**Italian Sub: Got a whole sandwich for myself and half for my mom. Opted for wheat bread with all the fixings but wanted to get the peppers and Italian dressing on the side. Absolutely delicious! All the meats and vegetables were fresh. The addition of mayo and mustard was splendid. The Italian dressing was very light and flavorful.

**Butter Toffee Cookie: I'm generally not a big fan of butter toffee cookies but the fact that it wasn't extremely sweet was the best part. The cookie batter itself was so delicious.

**Oatmeal Raisin Cookie: Easily one of the best oatmeal raisin cookies I've ever had.

I'm sad I never had the chance to try Campitelli Cookies sooner but I'm glad I finally did. I went in on Tuesday, October 21, 2025 in the morning between 11 AM and 12 PM. The gentleman working the front at the time was really pleasant to interact with. I wasn't sure of the sandwich ordering process but he walked me through it. He had an answer for every question I had and he didn't seem annoyed or bothered by it at all. As someone who has worked in the customer service/hospitality industry all my life, I genuinely appreciate people that will go out of their way to make every single customer satisfied. I didn't get his name but he's a valuable asset to the company and definitely deserves to be recognized.

I 100% recommend Campitelli Cookies and I will be back in the near future to try more of their sandwiches and cookies!

Stopped by this place after trying out their cookies at work. The cookies were so soft and chewy and not too sweet so I wanted to pick up some to take home and also inquire on options to gift these cookies to my kiddie’s teachers. Noah was very patient in addressing ALL of my questions and helped me pick out the cookie flavors. I was able to place my orders ahead of time (highly recommended especially right before the holidays) and schedule a pick up time. I ended up going with 13 clear containers that holds 4 cookies with a bow on top ($14 each) and picked up half a dozen ($16.50) to take home. The kiddies loved the cookies as well! Can’t wait to gift them to their teachers for Christmas!

My friends introduced me to Capitelli Cookies for lunch, yes lunch. They offer a selection of sandwiches as well as some side dishes. You can even get a combo with a cookie as your side. I ordered a roast beef sandwich with avocado along with a no chips cookie. Both were very good. The selection of cookies were great along with the $2.50 price. The only bad thing about Campitelli Cookies is they are not near my home, but I will go out of my way to visit again.
