Always fresh, always flavorful—never disappoints.

cool space, great coffee!

While the coffee is good they apparently don’t drink it, extremely slow. If they spent half the amount of time making coffee instead of talking it would probably be better.

We ordered coffee catering for an event of over 100 people. The order was prepped for pick up on time, the coffee was delicious, and the Golden State team met our needs and addressed various ad hoc requests. You all are the best!

Beautiful spacious coffee house that roast their own beans. Got a Gibraltar and the drink was well pulled. Not bitterness or sourness. Milk always steamed at the proper temp and held its sweetness. Drink was smooth and delicious. Definitely a legitimate coffee house that pulls great espresso

LA style restroom. You can wave hand while sitting on the white friend to the guy outside the cabin.

Cappuccino had a beautiful picture made of steamed milk.

Golden State, you're a gem
Providing an oasis for women and men
You have the food to satisfy any craving
For all coffee needs, it's to you I'm saving
To visit, to eat, and to drink
You're my bae (wink)

Love this place, it's spacious, has a lot of space, tables, and chairs. Their breakfast sandwiches are delicious (especially the pastrami and chorizo breakfast sandwiches). Their drinks are no joke, and they also have yerba matte energy drinks which are clean and good.

Quaint old town vibe and plenty of space for conversations or independent work. You can't find that fresh roasted coffee aroma just anywhere, but you can here.

I've tried calling twice (Tu & We- 29th/30th) around 12 & 1, but
1) voice box full...
2) Mo(28th) sent website message and still waiting for a reply...(Thu)?

I get it, perhaps smaller run company, but perhaps update your voicemail or why no one answers the phone?

There is no online subscription discounts, maybe in the future/how?
Are you open to discounts to military veterans or first responders?

I look forward to a reply of some sort, as I would like to place an order and enjoy your coffee🙏🥰

Local coffee roaster in a cool unexpected part of town. 2 options for drip coffee. Large space for working or having a good cup of coffee. Great service, limited amount of baked goods.

Wife went there few months ago at just before their 5pm closing time. They apparently had shut down the cashier and could not get it up and running. Instead of turning her away, they made her a latte and didn’t charge her! That’s great service and for this reason alone I would come back again and again.

The coffee is also great!

I visited Golden State Coffee Roasters when I was on vacation in California last week and loved it so I decided to order a 5 pound bag of beans. I was very disappointment when I opened the bag and half the bag was ground coffee even though I ordered whole bean. I will update my review if I can get a replacement bag.

Update for now changing to 5 stars; they reached out and are sending a replacement bag!

Great environment to spend time in and get a solid Chai latte
