I grew up eating Jack in the Box, so it’s always been nostalgic for me. Lately, I’ve been coming to the Jack in the Box in Brea, and I’ve loved everything about it. However, I recently had a bad experience over the weekend that left me really unhappy with the customer service. Normally, I don’t file complaints, but this time, I did because I care about this location.
Lydia, the manager, reached out to me personally. She called to hear my side of the story and truly listened to my concerns. When she asked what I’d like to be done, I simply asked her to speak with the employee because I just wanted things to be right. Lydia was incredibly kind, apologetic, and generous—she even offered me a free meal, even though I didn’t ask for one.
When I came in today to redeem it, she recognized me and we had a great conversation through the window. She was so sweet, and it really showed how much she cares about customers. I was ordering food for my partner, and when he changed his mind about his drink, she even offered me a free one without hesitation.
Lydia’s customer service is truly above and beyond. She represents what every company should strive for in a manager. Jack in the Box is lucky to have her, and honestly, she deserves a big raise! If every location had a Lydia, customer loyalty would be through the roof. Thank you, Lydia, for making this my favorite Jack in the Box again!

So i called them on chirstmad day to see if they were open and the guy told me they were all night so i went and they said they were closing. If you're closed thats fine with me. Go home to your family, let me starve. Its honestly okay, but don't tell me you're open when you're trying to go home early especially when you work with food. Smh dude. Smh.

Several people complained about slow service. Two people walked out. Manager stated it was just him and a cook during busy lunch hour. Staffing and cleaning have always been am issue at this location.

Jack in the box has gone down hill,the preparation of food is not the same like years back,employee customer service down and prices are too high.Alot of the food is bland,no flavor.

So it's Jack's place. I mean there is lots to like. But I was just introduced to the egg rolls! OMG! Yes, I am on the late shirt bus, thank you! They are soooo good. They are up there with a NY egg roll. That's saying a lot. So yeah, if you haven't tried them, do so. Other than that, the service was good. The drive thru server was nice and friendly! Yes, I'll be back!! Mmmm
Vegetarian options: There aren't a lot, but you have choices if your vegetarian.
Waited 10 minutes at the counter to order. Finally a cook took my order with the same gloves she used to cook. Only 2 workers in store. Place was filthy. I walked iut.

I placed a mobile order while on my lunch break , mobile app said expected to be done in 10 minutes and the ugly as manager got mad when I asked about the order time. I got back to work late and the employees were rude.

Incredibly incompetent employees at the drive-thru today I had asked for a very simple meal when they made a million times It was two number sixes with curly fries and I had to say the fries twice for them to know which fries it was as if they don't know where they're working after that I got my bag and drove off and then realized shortly after they didn't include straws something else that I guess they just don't realize they need to do at a fast food place so one stars all around avoid this place if you can get a better jumbo Jack somewhere else
