So Rubio's food proves itself on it's own. That's a given. Customer Service leaves much to be desired. I was standing at the counter and didn't get acknowledged until I spoke up. Staff were busy exchanging banter among themselves, and made me feel as though I was at THEIR party, without an invitation. Food at Rubios is always amazing. I'm a little disappointed with their service. I could give them 3 stars for fixing my problem, but I had to drive back after waiting almost 25 min for my food. I ordered 4 Shrimp Trio plates, but wanted all Salsa Verde Tacos. The girl at the register asked how to order the food that way, and I'm assuming someone experienced showed her how to put it in.
