Walked in worker was on their phone. Stood there for about 2 mins with out even being addressed by them. Looked at the prices ($18 for 8 pieces) go across the street for in n out better service better price

I made a purchase online through their app. When I went in to go pick up my order they said that they never received it. The entire time the cashier( a girl) was on the phone. They didn’t give me everything that I requested on the app when purchasing my order. They Didn’t offer to give me anything for the inconvenience besides a small little ranch. Will no longer be coming to this location

not only did the employee have me waiting 10 mins for him to get off the phone.. which i didn’t mind waiting, once he finally took my order i grab my cash to finally get ready to pay and he goes “we don’t accept cash”… put a sign up or something? i mean so many people use cash. i’ve gone to multiple wing stops and they always take cash. horrible.

I thought they opened at 9, so I went into the store to order, and the cashier, who is a guy with curly hair, told me they would open at 10 am. I said I would wait outside. I was on my lunch break at work. At 10:06 am, I got out of my car ready to order, and they had already locked the door. I had to go back to work. I suggest that if they are not ready to open at the scheduled time, they should update their hours.

They offer kids meals here, they surprised me with one today.
I've never seen an 8 piece this small before. It's like they saved the smallest pieces to complete my order.
In addition they got stingy with the flavor on the sauce.
Really disappointing when this meal cost $17.72
Completed mobile order on 12/01/24 And I think I'll be dodging this location from now on. At least my fries are correct.

Upon odering wings a half hour before closing at midnight, I honestly expected the typical late-night service you might get at a fast food chain: tired, somewhat annoyed, short. It was anything but. I was greeted at the door with a "Welcome to Wingstop, how may I help you" and smile... at 11:40pm. It was not just the gentleman bussing tables at the time but also the woman behind the counter. They seemed like people who were happy to work there. Anyway, don't see that often, and really appreciate it.

08/28/2024 My friends and I stopped here for a meal deal before the movies. Alaysia was standing at the counter ready to help as soon as we walked in. We took a minute to decide what we wanted and she made great suggestions. She told us about the 25 piece summer bundle which turned out to be an amazing deal! 25 boneless wings, fries, corn and two drinks for $30. She was very nice, patient, and detailed. Please give this girl a promotion!
My son just came home with 6 piece order for 14 bucks. I thought it was expensive and checked on the website that a 10 piece order is 8 bucks on Monday and Tuesday and no one told him. Thats bad business and bad customer service. This was our first experience at Wing Stop in Placentia and most likely we will never go again as this is fast food not a sit down restaurant.
