Apple Hill | Abel's Apple Acres

I bought a cherry apple pie. The lady at Abel said there’s lots of cherries in that apple/cherry pie and I didn’t see them…the apple didn’t soften after cooking which I was shocked since from frozen it cooked for 60 minutes at 375 degree . I’m not buy pies from these guys again…. Boa Vista pie are superior by far.

Over the weekend, we decided to take a fun road trip up north to visit Apple Hill. It had been a while since we did this, and we were excited! We had a list of our favorite places we usually stop by, but this time, we decided to try something new - Abel's Apple Acres.

We arrived at around 3:30 PM, and even though most of the weekend traffic was leaving Apple Hill, many folks were still enjoying Abel's Apple Acres. We strolled around, explored the little kiosks and shops, and eventually found ourselves in the food court.

The food turned out to be pretty good. We shared a yummy BBQ plate, a bowl of beans, some regular fries, and a couple of delicious corn cobs. Surprisingly, no one in our group had any complaints about the taste or quality of the food - which is quite unusual for us! Plus, the prices were reasonable.

The weather was fantastic, and we were eager to hit up our other favorite spots before they closed for the day, so we hopped back in the car. But one thing's for sure: we'll definitely be coming back to Abel's Apple Acres in the future!

Bought pies for Thanksgiving and just to eat!😊 this has been a tradition for our family. Unfortunately the pricing has gone up and the quality is way down. What a shame. Shame on you charging so much for sub par product. You use to shine.

The caramel marshmallows are good, but the fudge leaves something to be desired. Peanut butter is last in the ingredient list for Chocolate Peanut Butter Fudge (there was hardly any chocolate fudge on the top), and all it tastes of is Palm Kernel Oil and disappointment.

We were at Abel Acres on Friday, October 25th. We purchased an apple pie and apple turnovers. The turnovers were definitely made with canned apples. Very frustrating ru drive to apple hill and spend the money on canned baked goods.

Great for a family outing. The pie was okay.

Super friendly place. The brisket plate was amazing. My daughter loved the horses and cows,and the pumpkins were a great price. We even theft with some delicious pies.

This place has apple cider slushy and Carmel chocolate covered marshmallows

Been coming up to apple hill since I was a kid. Now I take my kid up there. It gets a bit too crowded these days, so be warned.
