We often come here for breakfast but recently found out that Annie's is now open for dinner! We had to come over here to try dinner and we were not let down at all! The dinner is just as amazing as breakfast! I would highly recommend stopping by and checking it out!! The item pictured is the shrimp bowl. Delicious!

Now I understand why this place has raving reviews! They are 5 stars all around:) The staff were friendly and attentive, bathrooms stayed clean and the food was sooooo good! I love crab Benedict’s and this place had hands down the best I’ve ever tasted. Other places make it cake style but this place was just crab and surprisingly the tomatoes went really well with it. Also of course had to try the mimosas. We had the guava and pineapple passion :) definitely worth the drive to come here for the food!

Fun, nice little place. My husband and I ordered a bottle of champagne with two juices. We ordered orange passion and strawberry guava. They were both fantastic with more of a concentrated juice. Our food and service was great too.Vegetarian options: I ordered the California Benedict without bacon

What a delicious treat: Annie’s Mimosas hits all the necessary must to make any customer happy. As a first time customer, and future customer as well eating here was just what we needed. Customer service was top notch, from the minute we walked IN to the minute we left the restaurant. The food was delicious, and unique in its away, the cook prepares the food as a collage of Mexican and American style cooking, putting in their own spin on it. In short words we love the food. My only complaint is the coffee, they need a coffee that brings everything together properly. The Mimosas was great, it was perfect according to my wife. I can’t believe I never been here. We will be back soon!!! A huge Thanks to the servers.

Went to brunch on a Sunday. Parking wasn't great, but that's not their fault. Decent atmosphere.Right off the bat, it was apparent the hostess did NOT want to be there. While she wasn't mean, she also wasn't even SORT OF friendly and surely did not care. Our table wasn't set at all. She took our drink orders of coffee. Then we sat there. We had to prompt her to give us spoons so we could even stir our coffee. Then we had to ask for sugar. Then napkins. So she brought our entire table settings in a basket and just set it down, lol. I mean, seriously, come on. This is basic ABC-123 stuff.Ordered two plates of crepes which were as thick as flour tortillas and bland. These are NOT crepes—2/10 rating. Our other order was a Mexican omlette-like dish and that was okay, but also not great. Both the beans and the rice were bland; the entree was *maybe* 6/10. Food was overall underwhelming. It's like restaurants forget we're paying roughly $20 a plate with a drink so it's super irritating to get such subpar food. Top it off with the laxidasical service and that ensured it'll be our first and last trip.Sidenote: How does this place have such high reviews?! I keep seeing this in Placerville—totally mediocre places get nearly perfect reviews? Have you people never eaten real food before or something?!? Ugh.
